Meditation
Traditional meditation as taught by most Eastern religions involves communication with the inner self by shutting down
sensory input (as much as possible) from the five senses.
There are many ways to meditate and the results of meditation is usually personal or unique to each individual.
Furthermore, every meditation session that a particular individual does may differ, just as dreams differ from night to
night.
One of the latest modern developments or improvements for meditation is "meditation music".
Meditation music may be helpful, especially when it is not possible to block out disturbing background noises.
The keys to meditation is to keep a journal (writing down every experience with as much detail as possible),
try to interpret the symbolic messages as best as you can, follow any advice given
and to meditate on a regular basis.
The following books provide instruction on how to meditate. You can use any one of them, a combination of some of them
or even, all of them. None of these books are identical. Each of these books contains some unique instructions or tips,
that may help enhance your meditation experiences.
